R-Lipoic Acid by Professional Complementary Health Formulas is the active form of Lipoic Acid. It is a workhorse
antioxidant being both fat and water soluble. It can cross the blood
brain barrier and help remove toxic material from the central nervous system.
Always use R-Lipoic rather than Alpha Lipoic Acid. Alpha Lipoic acid is a
