How to take Modifilan & U-FnTake Modifian & UF-n about 30 minutes before your first meal of the day with a large glass of warm water or ginger tea. Follow about 10 minutes later with another glass of warm water or tea. Alternatively if the above doesn't work for you, you can take the capsules with a small meal. You can also take the capsules before lunch instead of breakfast. However, some people get energized from this product so it is recommended not to take it at night until you know how it affects you.
START WITH A SMALLER DOSE AND WORK UP. Begin with about 1/2 dosage and work up to full dosage over a week or two if you are tolerating the product without problems. Heavy Metal Detox6 to 12 capsules of MODIFILAN once daily for 4 to 6 months. Dosage will depend on your weight. Use 1 capsule for every 15 lbs. of body weight up to a maximum of 12 capsules. You can also reduce the dosage and take for a longer period.
